It has been my intention to follow all legalities,
terms of use, and credits where due on the CONTEXT: Some articles and Vietnam Diary entries were written by me and is indicated as such underneath. Those with which a name was given have had the name included. There are a few with a © beside the name or that give a link to the author are used with written permission and should not be taken (thank you), as they are not mine to give. Those marked ...author unknown... came from books purchased by me or other sources, and that's exactly what was written underneath in the book OR they came as forwards in emails and were marked the same way. GRAPHICS: When I've used someone else's graphics/tubes, I have provided a link if the Terms of Use called for it. Most of the tubes came from places which stated plainly that a link was not a requirement. Some of the backgrounds were made in entirety by me. Most were made by me using backgrounds and tubes which were found on graphic/tube sites which plainly said no link was required. Where it is required, I have given one. The beautiful paintings mostly came from www.art.com and must be used with permission. They are NOT free for the taking!! Simply go to that site and ask for permission, as I did. MUSIC: In lieu of recent problems in using midis, I have very carefully checked for original composers and gotten their written permission or made as sure as possible that the midis used are no longer under copyright and are used with the permission of the sequencer. The name and link is given on each page. I claim no rights to any music, graphics, or text which is not my own!! If anything has slipped by without my having the proper understanding, I do apologize and ask to be told. It has not been my intention to use anything which should not be used. I do not make tubes, getting them from PSP tube sites. Each has been presented as public domain. If this is not so, again please let me know. My websites are entirely non-profit and meant only to be of inspiration and encouragement to others but not with the intent of calling anyone's work my own nor of being guilty of not giving credit where it is due.
