Writing
this in 2000 brought both smiles and tears, and it also served
to help put so many things into perspective. Though the
aftermath of PTSD keeps this time
ever-present in our lives, we have learned to trust
Christ Jesus for each day and what it brings. I
pray for peace and safety for all vets, their wives and
families. "Be
anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and
supplication with thanksgiving
let your requests be known to God. And the peace of God,
which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and
your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6,7 Hope
